Day 01: Wednesday
This evening board the train at Chhatipatei Shivaji Terminus Mumbai (Bombay). Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Day 02: Thursday
Morning you will arrive at Bhoke Railway Station. After breakfast you will proceed to Rai Bhatgaon Jetty by A/C bus for backwater cruise up to historical Fort Jaigad. Later explore the finest beach along the Konkan coast. Lunch will be served at Ganapatipule beach resort. The sight seeing tour of Ratnagiri town where you will visit Ratnadurg Fort, Lokmanaya Tilak Smarak and time permitting Ratnagiri Bazaar will follow lunch. Later board the train at Ratnagiri railway station. Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Day 03: Friday
This morning you will arrive at Sindhudurg Nagari Railway station. After breakfast, proceed to Malvan Jetty to witness Sindhudurg Sea Fort. Later proceed to Tarkarli beach resort for lunch. Post lunch do the back water cruise through the Tarkarli creek up to Kale Jetty followed by visit to Sawantwadi town by bus to witness fabulous lacquer handicrafts, paintings and furniture at the "Shilpagrama" in the town. Late in the evening board the train at Sawantwadi railway station. Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Goa Beach Day 04: Saturday
This morning you will arrive at Karmali - Goa. It is the most frequented tourist spot in India. Breakfast on board the train. After breakfast board the bus and proceed to Old Goa to witness Basilica De Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Church of St. Francis of Assissi. Later proceed to Panjim for a short walk in the city and bazaar. That began as a mosque but. Lunch will be served at Taj Fort Aguada Beach Resort. Post lunch proceed to Dona Paula and 250 years old Mrs. Braganza house. Later in the evening board the train from Madgaon. Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Day 05: Sunday
Morning arrive at Pune, the Erstwhile capital of Maharashtra. Later board the bus to visit, Maharashtra Phule Mandai, the old central market. Raja Dinkar Kalkar Musuem houses variety of artifacts of the 17th, 18th & 19th centuries. Also visit Sir David Sasoon Synagogus built in 1867. The Osho International commune is one of the biggest centers for meditation and spiritual growth. Lunch will be served at Hotel Le Meridien. Later visit the tribal museum having collection of 2000 rare and precious articles related to trivial life. Also visit Aga Khan Palace, a place where Mahatma Gandhi was incarcerated during the freedom struggle presently converted into a museum dedicated to Gandhi family. Later witness the sound and light show at Shaniwarwada. Later in the evening board the train at Pune railway station. Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Day 06: Monday
This morning arrive at Aurangabad station. Post breakfast proceed to visit the Daykatabad Fort, Ellora caves, a world heritage site having 34 cave temples dedicated to three different religions - Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Lunch will be served at Taj Residency. A cultural show will be organized during the lunch. Post lunch visit to Shivaji Museum, which houses weapons and antiques from the great Maratha Empire. Also visit Aurangabad caves no. 7 & 8, Bibi-ka-Maqbara, a replica of Taj Mahal is a grand piece of Moghul architecture. Later in the evening board the train at Aurangabad railway station. Dinner will be served on board the train. Overnight.

Taj Mahal Day 07: Tuesday
This morning you will arrive at Jalgaon railway station. After breakfast board the bus to reach Fardapur resort. Proceed to visit the renowned Buddhist caves of Ajanta, a world heritage site to witness some of the finest paintings and sculptures of the second century AD At noon board the train at Bhusawal railway station and proceed to Nasik. Lunch will be served on board the train. Post lunch you will visit Panchawati Ghat and Sula Winery Yard. Wine and dine at the winery yard. Late evening board the train at Nashik railway station. Overnight.

Day 08: Wednesday
Morning arrive at CST - Mumbai, where your majestic journey ends.
