Ayurvedic Spa

Ayurveda is the traditional system of medicine practiced in India, especially Kerala, for centuries. It is all about understanding our system and maintaining a perfect balance and harmony between the five elements: fire (tejas), earth (prithvi), water (Kapha), air (vayu), space (akash).Ayurveda is a unique blend of science and philosophy that balances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components necessary for holistic health. Ayurveda is carried out when temperatures are low and the pace of life is easy.

Curative treatment durations are between 7 to 14 days. Depending on the recommendations of the Ayurveda doctor, the treatment plan is carried out. We also offer rejuvenating and general well-being treatments.

How to reach

A Beach Symphony is situated an hour south of Cochin, on the silvery sands of Marari beach. It is about two hours from the airport. The airport is well connected with direct flights from different Gulf States and major Indian cities. A Beach Symphony is also within driving distance from Houseboat finishing point, Vembanad Lake, Fort Cochin, Munnar and Thekkady (Periyar).

Activities

For an activity oriented guest, we offer bike treks. Auto- rickshaws, known otherwise as Tuk-Tuks, can be arranged for a trip to the local coir industry and places around the resort. Trips to Alleppey, Vembanad Lake, and Fort Kochi can also be arranged.

For guests looking forward for a relaxing time, we offer various ayurvedic massages. For guests looking for complete rejuvenation, we also offer to arrange for an Ayurvedic program that last a couple of weeks.
